SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection of integrated electronic and electrical equipment, as well as software and hardware systems of an automated control system (SHS ACS TP), primarily for nuclear power plants, from earthquakes and man-made impacts, which lead to mechanical vibrations of foundations of structures, as well as to means of protection against industrial vibration, leading to mechanical aging of elements of devices included in SHS ACS TP and electric equipment. System for damping of mechanical oscillations transmitted from building part of structures to complete electrical equipment and / or software and hardware of NPP automated control system includes base, on which installed and / or placed electric equipment and / or software and hardware complex of NPP automated control system, where base is bearing and / or support unit, which includes 3D compensators. System additionally comprises at least one bearing beam, at least one unit for damping of low-frequency oscillations installed between the base of the structure for installation of the base of the structure and bearing beam or beams, on which or which 3D compensators are installed. Unit of low-frequency oscillations damping has a vertical vibration damper pre-compressed by a given value, which is blocked by a vertical quenching activator lock, and a horizontal vibration damper in the form of a movable support mounted on the support plate through spherical supports, wherein the activator is configured such that the vertical vibration damper is unblocked when the vertical vibration amplitude threshold value is reached.

EFFECT: technical result consists in preservation of functioning of electronic equipment and software and hardware systems of NPP automated control system in process of technogenic impacts and earthquakes with large amplitude of foundation vibrations, on which there is or installed a structure with equipment.
