FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for identifying organophosphorus impurities is based on the identification of the target toxic O-alkylalkyl fluorophosphonate by the known chromatographic and spectral characteristics. In order to separate organophosphorus impurities from the total number of concomitant impurities, their chromatographic retention indices are predicted using the linear equation of the retention indexdependence of each possible organophosphorus impurity on the retention index of the target O-alkylalkyl fluorophosphonate. Also, the correlation dependence of the values of the retention indices on the retention time for ultimate hydrocarbons is determined. Using the established correlation dependence, the found values of the retention indices for the retention time are recalculated and the possible organophosphorus impurity is searched for by its characteristic peak of the ion in the given time domain of the chromatogram.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and accuracy of identification.
