FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: for controlling aerodynamic means of the flying vehicle with mechanically decoupled control systems, each of which has its own control element, control is carried out by one of the element called an activated control element, the other control elements are deactivated according to a certain piloting logic. Manual activation of deactivated control element is possible with automatic deactivation of the second activated control element. Control system contains at least two control elements of two pilots, a control unit, control system processing unit, a drive for moving aerodynamic means relative to the falling air flow.

EFFECT: flight safety is ensured by providing exclusive control right to one of the pilots in case emergency path correction is required.
