FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: previously identified location of the affected kidney is exposed to low-intensity light therapy at the background of antibacterial, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and detoxification therapy. As light therapy discrete modulated red radiation with a wavelength λ= 650-680 nm is used. The modulation frequency is 76 Hz, duty cycle is 4.3 units, power density is 25-30 W/cm2. Exposure lasts for 5 minutes. The course of treatment is 10 days. The exposure is provided in the chronologically established time of the maximum peak of the psychoemotional and physiological activity of the patient to obtain normal blood flow in the vessels of the diseased kidney according to ultrasound dopplerography and determination of the chronogram schedule in the zone of physiological norm.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of pyelonephritis treatment due to the complex effect at the optimal time for each patient.
