The output of the logical message generation unit is connected to the second information input of the decoder, the control output of which is connected to the control input of the vector forming unit, and the control output of the vector forming unit is connected to the control input of the logical message generation unit.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of bringing messages in the communication channels of circular unilateral data networks with repetitions, circuit simplification of the message receiver.
