FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: multiplier is designed to transfer the energy of the working fluid with the transformation of its pressure. Multiplier contains coaxially located low and high pressure hydraulic cylinders with pistons and low pressure hydraulic supply channels, drainage and bleeding of high-pressure hydraulic fluid, wherein the pistons and bodies of said hydraulic cylinders are interconnected to form a closed power structure. Non-return valve is installed in the channel for removing high-pressure hydraulic fluid. Piston of the high-pressure hydraulic cylinder is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, open from the side, facing the channel for removing high-pressure hydraulic fluid with the above non-return valve. In the opposite part of said hollow cylinder, an additional check valve is additionally arranged, wherein the cavity in the high pressure hydraulic cylinder is connected to the inlet cavity of the hydraulic fluid of the low pressure hydraulic cylinder through said check valve, located in the piston of a high-pressure hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic distribution and switching devices are installed in the piston of a low-pressure hydraulic cylinder to ensure the reciprocating displacement of the pistons of the hydraulic cylinders. Switching device is in the form of a valve-type valve distributor, which is mechanically coupled to the housing of the low pressure hydraulic cylinder and comprises a fixed locking element, preferably in the form of a ball, and a plunger with a seat configured for axial movement with respect to the locking member, moving in the extreme positions of the pistons of high and low pressure plunger with a saddle installed on it, wherein there are holes for the entry and drainage of the hydraulic fluid outlet in the low-pressure hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in the mass and dimensions of the multiplier.
