FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of emitting electromagnetic radiation of the colour centers from diamond deposited from the gas phase in which at the surface of the diamond sample, an optical system collecting radiation of the colour centers is formed, consisting of a cone with a circular basis from optical glass that surrounds the cone of the conical mirrors and the collecting lens. The diameter of the circular cone is considerably higher than the typical dimensions of the diamond sample, the base of the cone is parallel to the front surface of the diamond sample and located at a small distance from it, the center of the circular cone base is placed above the center of the diamond sample. Herewith the diamond sample under the colour centers contains a periodic sequence of alternating high- and low-boron-doped layers.

EFFECT: increasing the fraction of electromagnetic radiation emitted from a diamond sample, emitted by photoexcited external laser radiation by the colour centers.
