SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for processing and recycling oil sludge and soil contaminated with oil or oil products. Thermal desorption unit for thermal neutralisation of industrial oil-containing waste is characterised by that, it comprises a source material supply unit whose output is connected to the input of a process module whose output is connected via a solid product to a dried material unloading unit, and via a gaseous product to a gas purification unit, the outputs of which are connected to a condensation and separation unit, as well as to a unit for purifying non-condensed gases, the outputs of the condensation and separation unit are connected through a cooling system unit to storage tanks, wherein the source material supply unit comprises a hopper, at least two mixers, a feeding conveyor and a working platform with a ladder, wherein on the upper part of the hopper of the source material supply unit, a level sensor of the processed material is further installed, the unloading unit comprises a discharge hopper, an unloading screw, a solid phase monitoring hopper, on the upper part of which a level sensor of the processed material is installed, and a rotary valve.
EFFECT: obtaining a mobile, easy to install, power-saving, a universal plant for recycling soil wastes, contaminated with organic materials.
