FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for processing and recycling oil sludge and soil contaminated with oil or oil products. Induction thermal desorption unit for thermal decontamination of industrial oil-containing wastes comprises working platform with ladder, unit for supply of initial material, output of which is connected to input of heat treatment module, output of which by solid product is connected to unit for unloading of dried material, and by gaseous product – to unit for purification of gases. Heat treatment module is made with contactless annular induction heating system and comprises jacket filled with liquid metal heat carrier. Outlets of the gas cleaning unit are connected to the condensation and separation unit, as well as to the uncondensed gases cleaning unit. Outputs of condensation and separation unit are connected via cooling system unit to accumulation tanks. Initial material supply unit contains a hopper, in which there are at least two mixers, a feeding conveyor. On the upper part of the initial material supply unit hopper there is an additional level sensor of the processed material. Unloading unit comprises unloading hopper, unloading auger, solid phase control bin, on upper part of which level sensor of processed material is installed, and rotary valve.
EFFECT: obtaining a mobile, easily mounted, universal plant for processing solid materials of any degree of moisture contaminated with organic materials.
