FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: synthetic floor coating includes substrate layer, including recycled PVC and filler, and the surface layer, which includes polyethylene terephthalate film, with pattern printed on the back. On the back side of the surface layer dispersion of primer is put, including PVC, pigment and one or more tools, selected from tools to regulate pH, wetting tools, dispersing tools, foaming agents and tools for regulation of viscosity. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a synthetic floor coating, comprising the steps of: (i) providing a surface layer comprising a polyethylene terephthalate film; (ii) printing a decorative pattern on the back of the surface layer; (ii) applying the said primer dispersion to the surface layer with the printed pattern; (iv) providing a substrate layer comprising recycled polyvinyl chloride and a filler; and (v) attaching the coated surface layer to the substrate layer. The invention also relates to the use of said dispersion for the manufacture of synthetic floor coatings.
EFFECT: invention provides a cheap synthetic floor coating that can be manufactured using a simple and high-speed method.
