SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a crank-and-rod mechanism of a piston compressor including rolling bearing (2) mounted on crankpin (3) of the crankshaft, on which connecting rod (1) is installed with the spacer through spacer ring (4), interacting with the means for locking the rotation relative to connecting rod (1). Means for locking the rotation include pin configuration (5) fixed in connecting rod (1), threaded with backlash into positive closure with spacer ring (4).
EFFECT: creation of the crank-and-rod mechanism of the piston compressor with simple production technology and high operational reliability of the rotation stoppers relative to the connecting rod.
