FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: split crankshaft consists of interconnected members forming webs, main journals of crankpins of crankshaft. Crankshaft has at least two pairs of sectional members and at least one crankpin. First of above indicated sectional members is web made integral with bushing. Second sectional member is web made integral with rod. From of rod cross-section corresponds to form of hole in bushing of first sectional member. Rods are installed inside bushings, except for first and last webs of crankshaft, to prevent turning of rods relative to bushings. Bushings form main journals of crankshaft. Hole is made in web of each sectional member for fitting-in above-indicated crankpin to form crankshaft from pairs of interconnected sectional members. EFFECT: reduced wear of crankshaft members, cut down consumption of fuel, increased efficiency. 18 cl, 27 dwg
