SUBSTANCE: optical system includes a body and a recess formed on the first side of the body. The recess has a central and lateral light input surfaces and a central light output surface provided on the second side of the body opposite the first side. The central light input surface is positioned relative to the central light output surface in such a way that light incident on the central light input surface is directed toward the central light output surface. A total internal reflection surface is provided on the lateral surface of the body in such a way that the incoming light incident on the lateral light input surface belonging to the recess is directed to the total internal reflection surface and is reflected to the second side of the body. In addition, the optical system includes a suppression zone surrounding the central light input surface. The configuration of the suppression zone prevents the light entering the zone of light suppression from exiting the body through the second side.

EFFECT: reduced unevenness of the emitted light.
