SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for generating a beam of slow atoms. At heating of high-temperature cuvette (116) by heater (108) in high-temperature cuvette (116) atomic gas is formed from source of atoms. Magnetooptical trap is realized by means of laser beam (130) reflected by a rectangular conical mirror (102) and a magnetic field generated by a magnetic field generator (112), wherein atomic gas is retained by magnetooptical trap and cooled. Cooled atoms are removed from hole (106) to the outside of generator (100) of the beam of slow atoms by laser beam (132), which is a pushing laser beam.

EFFECT: thus, a beam of slow atoms is formed.
