FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: individual protective mask according to the first embodiment comprises inner layers and an outer layer. The inner layers are made of a breathable material having, and the outer layer is made of an airtight material. The outer layer is fixed to the adjacent inner layer with formation of a cavity between them, which is adapted to supply breathable air in the volume compensating the inspiratory phase, which then gets into the undermask space. The inside of the transparent body of the mask according to the second embodiment is equipped with a perforated air duct, by means of which breathable air enters the space that compensates the inspiratory phase. The air duct is located on the inside of the mask either in its upper part or in its lower part. The portable air treatment device comprises a housing and a cover. A battery and a device for forced air supply to the individual respiratory device, means for physical and chemical processing of the incoming air from the outside, an electronic unit for changing the physical parameters of the incoming air from the outside, are installed in the housing. The cover of the portable device is a removable cartridge, inside of which filtering tools and means for chemical and physical air treatment are located. The respiratory device consists of an individual protective mask configured to supply breathable air in the volume compensating the inspiratory phase and an air treatment device interconnected via an air duct.
