SUBSTANCE: mobile station, carrying out communication with a base station, provides tools that determine whether it is necessary to transfer the quality information to the base station after a predetermined time has expired, the quality information indicates the radio communication quality based on the state of the mobile station which is the active state or the inactive state in case of control with intermittent reception; and tools transmitting the quality information after a predetermined time has expired, even if it is determined not to transmit the quality information based on the determination, if a scheduling request is transmitted to the base station prior to the expiration of the predetermined time.
EFFECT: possibility to avoid conflict between the mobile station operation, transmitting the quality information and the base station awaiting reception, even in the case of transmission from the mobile station of the scheduling request in the mobile communication system using the DRX control.
