SUBSTANCE: method provides inoculation of an asenic animal with Enterobacter cloacae bacterium having the 16S rRNA gene to obtain an inoculated animal, wherein the 16S rRNA gene sequence is SEQ ID NO.1; and feeding of the inoculated animal with a feed having 34.9% fat content for at least four weeks to obtain an animal obesity model.
EFFECT: obesity model obtained can be used to screen microorganisms, compounds, compositions, drugs, food, formulations or prescriptions, drugs, food additives, health products or beverages for their role in causing, preventing or treating obesity.
