SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutics, namely to a composition for the prevention or treatment of symptoms related to a gastrointestinal disorder, and to a reactor for obtaining functionally stable collaboration containing this composition. The composition consists of an effective number of bacteria belonging to the species Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Butyricicoccus pullicaecorum, Roseburia inulinivorans, Roseburia hominis, Akkermansia muciniphila, Lactobacillus plantarum and Anaerostipes caccae, or of an effective number of bacteria belonging to the species Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Butyricicoccus pullicaecorum, Roseburia inulinivorans, Akkermansia muciniphila, Lactobacillus plantarum and Anaerostipes caccae, and, if necessary, a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or excipients. The reactor is a dynamic in vitro model of human gastrointestinal tract, which consists of five double-jacketed vessels simulating the stomach, small intestine and three areas of the colon: ascending, transverse and descending colon, with total retention time of 72 h.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a synergetic composition consisting of certain types of bacteria that provides high efficiency for the prevention or treatment of symptoms related to gastrointestinal disorder.
