SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an RNA-aptamer representing a 26-linked oligonucleotide of mixed type. This RNA-aptamer contains purine ribonucleotides and 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoropyrimidine ribonucleotides. This RNA-aptamer has the nucleotide sequence 5'-AUG CGG UCA AUU ACC UGA GAG CAG GA-3', where A, G are ribonucleotides, U, C are 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-ribonucleotides.

EFFECT: this RNA aptamer has an ability to recognize autoantibodies characteristic of multiple sclerosis and is a promising component of biosensors for multiple sclerosis diagnosis, the invention allows to obtain an RNA-aptamer capable of high affinity and specific binding of autoantibody markers characteristic of multiple sclerosis.
