FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: new DNA aptamers have been proposed: DK1, DK2, DK4, DK4-41t, DK2-48t which are oligodeoxyribonucleotides with the number of nucleotide units from 41 to 71 having the nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, which have the ability to bind human Dickkopf-1 protein with high affinity, including in blood serum samples from patients with immunoinflammatory rheumatic disease.
EFFECT: increasing the affinity of DNA aptamers that specifically and strongly bind to the human Dickkopf-1 protein, as well as an expansion of the range of DNA aptamers.
