FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a diagnostic and monitoring technique for oncology diseases involving blood sampling, blood separation into plasma and cell fraction, measurement of the concentrations of tumour markers as parts of blood plasma exosomes, differing by the fact that the exosomes are separated from the cell blood fraction; further, the plasma and prepared supernatant from the cell fraction are combined, and a total pool of the blood exosomes is recovered; as a part of the blood exosomes, at least 2 known tumour-specific proteins are detected, or RNA or microRNA is recovered; a reverse transcription is followed by determining the concentration of at least 2 tumour-specific markers associated with certain oncology disease; if the marker concentration exceeds the concentration of these markers in a reference samples, the presence of the oncology disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: lower labour input and more specific diagnosis.
