FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises sequential centrifugation, ultrafiltration and ultracentrifugation of the culture condensed medium. The resulting residue is dissolved in phosphate-saline buffer and re-centrifuged. The resulting residue is dissolved in water. The resulting solution is subjected to electrophoresis in a free flow on the device FFE System. Ultracentrifugation of each of the obtained fractions is carried out. Each fraction is purified from the cell walls of exosomes by filtration and centrifugation. Reaction of reverse transcription is carried out using reverse transcriptase. The reaction is stopped by heating to 95°C for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: invention enables to extract microRNA from biological fluids containing exosomes with high yield.
