SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to controlling means of rehabilitation mechanomachines. Method for motion activity recovery of upper and lower human limbs consists in fixing a limb in a mechanomachine, measurement of the electromyographic signal on the surface of the limb with a relaxed muscle or a group of muscles for flexion / extension of limbs and with a tight muscle or group of muscles for flexing extension of limbs, amplification and transformation of the analog signal in digital, and the formation of the control commands of mechanomachine for the start, stop or speed change of movement of the patient's limb. In this case, before the formation of the control commands for the mechanomachine in the registered electromyographic signals, a 4th order Butterworth filter is filtered out with noise, remove the frequency band from 48 Hz to 52 Hz, remove the frequency bands below 35 Hz and above 45 Hz , identify the frequency band necessary for the analysis and the background electromyographic signal for the relaxed muscle, calculate the power of the background filtered electromyographic signal PWRr of the detected for a time Tr = 10 seconds for each relaxed muscle, then fix the obtained value PWRr of the background EMG signal for a certain relaxed muscle ,calculate the power of the EMG signal recorded for a time Tt = ~ 1 sec, each tense muscle, and form control commands for mechanomachine for the start, stop or speed change of movement of the patient's limb, taking into account the relation current power of the electromyographic signal to the background power of the electromyographic signal (PWRt / PWRr) for the given time interval Tt and a specific muscle.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the degree of correlation between the conceived motion and the generated signal directed to the source of movement of the mechanomachine.
