FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for selection of corrector in performing correction of spinal column in case of scoliosis. Step-by-step raising of corrector height with palpatory detection of synchronousness of contraction of paravertebral muscles on different levels of vertebro-locomotive segments is carried out while patient is bending and unbending spine column. Then step-by-step corrector height is raised to height greater than height of synchronousness, detected in palpatory way. By means of electroneuromyograph difference in time of paravertebral muscles contraction between left and right sides is determined. Examination is carried out on two levels of vetebro-locomotive segments L5-L3 and L2-Thl2 on the left and on the right. Height of corrector, which ensures synchronousness of paravertebral muscles contraction, is determined. Method allows to objectivise results of carried out examination quantitatively and to estimate their dynamics in time.

EFFECT: ensuring efficient diagnostics of spinal column in case of scoliosis with selection of correction method.
