SUBSTANCE: single-chain antibody for treatment or diagnosis comprising a single polypeptide containing the following domains located relative to each other from the N-terminus to the C-terminus is provided as follows: VL1-CL1-CLH linker1-VH1-CH11-sharnir1-CH21-CH31-HD linker-VL2-CL2-CLH linker2-VH2-CH12-sharnir2-CH22-CH32, where each of the CLH linker1, CLH linker2 and HD linker contains an amino acid sequence cleaved by the endopeptidase at the N- and C-termini. Also, a polynucleotide encoding this single-chain antibody, a vector comprising such a polynucleotide, a host cell comprising this vector, a method for production of this single-chain antibody by the said host cell are presented.
EFFECT: invention extends the arsenal for antibodies production.
