FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the circuit of a three-level voltage inverter, a single-phase full-wave rectifier and new connections have been added, which make it possible to realise the operation mode of three-level inverter with fewer transistors.
EFFECT: reducing the number of power transistors in three-level voltage inverter circuit, increasing reliability, simplifying power circuit and control system, reduced weight, dimensions, power circuit of three-level voltage inverter has sufficient versatility, allowing to functionally align operation modes of voltage inverter with two-level sinusoidal PWM or three-level sinusoidal PWM.
