FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and power electronics, particularly, to static electrical converters of alternating voltage to direct voltage, and can also be used as part of a two-link frequency converter with an intermediate direct current link. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the voltage rectifier circuit is comprised of voltage and current sensors, thyristors, a transistor and a pick-off diode, implementing the process of adjusting the power flow at the output of the voltage rectifier. If three voltage levels need to be obtained at the output of the voltage rectifier, the latter can be equipped with an additional transistor, diode and capacitor. Only one fully controlled semiconductor element and several semi-controlled elements are used in the voltage rectifier, providing improved efficiency, reliability, reduced weight, dimensions and cost, and improved operational capabilities of the voltage rectifier.

EFFECT: provided are possibility of adjusting the voltage at the output both below and above the voltage level determined by the circuit of the uncontrolled voltage rectifier; reduced amount of semiconductor elements of the power circuit; increased efficiency; improved operational capabilities; simplified control system; increased reliability during operation thereof; reduced weight, dimensions and cost of the voltage rectifier.
