SUBSTANCE: modal attenuator includes a body (12) of the attenuator having the input segment (26) and output segment (28), linked by a connecting segment (30), a perforated screen (32), located inside the body (12) and separated from him, to form the annular space, and lots of rings, located between the screen (32) and body (12). When the fluid flows through the modal attenuator, the sound waves pass through the screen (32) and are reflected back by the set of rings, destroying other sound waves.
EFFECT: reducing the fluid noise in the modal attenuator.
