FIELD: molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology and diagnostic medicine and can be used to indicate M. tuberculosis in a DNA sample. The method includes isolation of DNA from a biological sample, carrying out a quantitative polymerase chain reaction using one of two designed sets of primers and a fluorescent probe, which are complementary to the most conservative and frequently occurring regions of the IS6110 mobile genetic element, followed by analysis of fluorescence accumulation curves compared to a negative control.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the clinical and analytical sensitivity of the method.
