SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, a vaccine is specifically proposed for the prevention or treatment of a colorectal tumour characterized by microsatellite instability (MSI), which can be used in medicine. The vaccine contains a MSI-specific peptide with a shifted reading frame (SRF), which causes a humoral and cell-mediated response against tumour cells.
EFFECT: vaccine, shown in the present invention, allows for effective prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
