SUBSTANCE: invention is a fragment of a cyclin-dependent p16INK4a kinase inhibitor, capable of inducing an immune response against p16INK4a, a nucleic acid molecule, a vector containing a nucleic acid molecule, a viral vector, as well as their use.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase secretion of interferon-gamma T-cells or induce T-cell proliferation, and use these fragments to immunize an individual against HPV-associated or other types of cancer expressing pl6INK4a, preferably for the advanced types of cancer.
