To do this, shuttle exercises are performed – movement along segments in the direction back and forth. Increasing speed of movement in the shuttle is exercises by increasing the distance to overcome, with the same time between the recorded signals on the audio carrier. As indicators of physical performance, any of the parameters are used: the maximum operating time, or maximum total distance, or the highest speed.

EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to program the physical exercise in the future, placing the markers in the right variant for the trainer.
