SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports medicine, namely to methods for sportsmen’s performance recovery in the precompetitive period. A method for boxer recovery by adding anaerobic exercises to the training process and applying a complex of restorative techniques: respiratory gymnastics Qigong, massage, manual therapy, psychological impact – do not contribute to the decrease in the loads intensity, on the contrary, are aimed at its increase until the day of the competition, therefore, the athlete’s recovery occurs precisely during the training and the competitions themselves, and not after these events. Speed-and-power capabilities of the given technique allow a boxer to perform not only at his own weight, but also higher – to rise by three categories.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of interaction of anaerobic and aerobic work, which contributes to: burning calories, increasing endurance, accelerating metabolic and metabolic processes, increase in the vital volume of the lungs, improvement of the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of diseases, relieving stress and psychological stress, which gives the boxer the maximum explosive performance in the ring, where the ATP growth with each round takes place, and simultaneously increases the load adaptation, while the athlete's recovery process occurs due to his/her own body without the use of biomedical additives.
