FIELD: medicine and sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and sports, in particular sports medicine, and can be used to determine the predisposition of children to rhythmic gymnastics based on the diagnosis and determination of the psychophysiological, morphological, functional abilities of children aged 6-12. To do this, the visual-motor reaction is evaluated. Anthropometric indicators are also evaluated. An assessment of physical performance is performed based on the BIP test. A block of tests is carried out to assess physical fitness.
EFFECT: method provides increased efficiency of diagnosing a child's body, assessing various aspects of development and condition, determining predisposition to successful rhythmic gymnastics.
