FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: compensator of volumetric expansion of dielectric compound of submersible motor represents an element with the length not less than the length of the frontal part of a winding, which does not interact with the dielectric compound and located in the layer of dielectric compound in the cavity of the stator. The stator cavity is separated from the cavity of the rotor by a thin-walled sleeve. The stator of the electric motor is made of steel, the volumetric expansion compensator is made in the form of a doubled-wall cylinder, the thickness of which is 0.3-0.5 mm. Thin-walled sleeve is made of stainless steel. The value of the destructive stress in the static bending of the dielectric compound located in the cavity of the stator is, is 20 Mpa, the value of the specific volume resistance is 1×1013 Ohm⋅m.
EFFECT: increased degree of deformation of the volumetric expansion compensator of the dielectric compound of the submersible motor, which ensures the absorption of the maximum volumetric expansion of the dielectric compound at critical operating modes of the motor.
