FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing nano-disperse concrete additives obtained by ultrasonic dispersion with an ultrasonic frequency of 35 kHz of the suspension contains water, halloysite nano-tubes and a plasticiser in the form of a solid matter. As a plasticiser, C-3 and polyvinyl alcohol are used, taken in the ratio 1:1, and dispersing to a particle size of 20-80 nm is performed in two stages: upon introduction of 2.5 g of C-3 into the suspension of the halloysite nano-tubes and exposure of ultrasound for 4 minutes followed by adding 2.5 g of polyvinyl alcohol and ultrasonic dispersing for another 4 minutes.
EFFECT: increasing the mobility of the concrete mixture, a medium density, a compressive strength, and a bending strength.
