Scrubber with a movable nozzle, comprising a body with pipes for dusty and clean gas, an irrigation device, a lower support and distribution plate and an upper restricting plate, between which there is a nozzle layer, a spray trap and a sludge removal device, the lower support and distribution plate and upper restricting plate and the nozzle are made of elastic materials, and on the lower support and distribution plate and upper restricting plates there are vibrators, the nozzle is made in the form of hollow spheres, on the spherical surface of which a screw groove is cut, or the nozzle is made in the form of a screw line formed on a spherical surface and having a profile like a circle, polygon, "Berl saddle" or "Itallox" saddle in the section perpendicular to the screw line, or the nozzle is made in the form of cylindrical rings, on the lateral surface of which a screw groove is cut, or the nozzle is made in the form of a screw line formed on a cylindrical surface and having a profile like a circle, polygon, "Berl saddle" or "Itallox" saddle in the section perpendicular to the screw line, or the nozzle is made in the form of toroidal rings, or the nozzle is made in the form of toroidal rings having a profile like a circle, polygon, "Berl saddle" or "Itallox" saddle, or the nozzle is made of elastic polymeric materials, composites and is produced by moulding or sintering methods, and the spray trap is made in the form of concentrically arranged cylindrical rings with thickness of 1-2 mm, and with a distance between them of 3-4 mm, or the spray trap is made in the form of concentrically arranged rings having a zigzag profile, for example sinusoidal, in the section passing through the axis of the ring, the irrigation device is made in the form of an atomiser comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle orifice connected to a cap nut, to which a liquid flow divider is attached, wherein the liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged, perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine mesh, wherein the vertices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle orifice, and in the lower part of the divider there is a cylindrical perforated segment fixed on perforated conical shells, where in the cylindrical perforated segment, fixed in the lower part of the divider on perforated conical shells, there is a flow swirler, made in the form of a spring.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
