FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: gate system contains a receiving bowl 1, a vertical well 2 with a throttling element 3 and a sump 4. The bottom 5 and top 7 feeders extend from the vertical well 2, connected by manifold rings 8. The bottom feeders 5 are directed at an angle of up to 15 degrees to the horizontal, which ensures a uniform rate of filling and solidification of castings located vertically. The top feeders 7 ensure the gas discharge when filling and feeding the heads of castings with hot alloy.

EFFECT: equal conditions for filling and solidification of each vane in the unit are provided to produce sound castings.
