Technical result is achieved by a screw extruder comprising a bearing unit, charging funnel, separable body of a screw chamber, drive, forming die, screw with coils arranged in the loading and conveying zone with the possibility of axial movement. In this case, the extruder is equipped with devices for measuring rotational moment, set at a distance of 0.08 m, 0.3 m, and 0.6 m from the loading device, temperature sensors and an actuating element, adjusting the angle of screw turns inclination by rotating the threaded shaft located in the screw body. And the angle of screw turns inclination in the loading and transportation zone varies from 18 to 40°.

EFFECT: technical effect: decrease in the energy intensity of the process, increase in the uniformity and quality of finished products.
