FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used during the operation of vertical, inclined and horizontal holes to increase the oil recovery index or the gas recovery index. Method includes preliminary determination of the physical and rheological parameters of the fluid in the reservoir conditions, taking into account its composition, placement in the wellbore in the interval of the productive formation of the perforated shank. Passing of physical and rheological parameters of the fluid is carried out in the online mode, calculation of the perforation of the shank is performed in real time according to the developed mathematical program. Following conditions are fulfilled: the shank is preliminary conditionally divided into separate sections, the length of which is determined in accordance with the parameters of the formation permeability zones, the volume of oil entering into the shank in each section is the same, thereby ensuring a uniform distribution of oil suction along the entire length of the shank, the perforation area of each section of the shank and, accordingly, the number of perforated through holes are determined, a shank is manufactured consisting of sections with different density of perforation on which the filtering elements are mounted, made in the form of a cylindrical spiral made of a high-precision V-shaped profile, creating a rigid screen with annular gaps in size from 50 to 1000 mcm and with a tolerance for gap width to 15 mcm. Then, the shank assembly with the filter elements is installed in the wellbore in the interval of the productive formation.
EFFECT: increases the efficiency of oil production, increases the technological process and reduces its labor intensity.
