FIELD: measurement technology; physics.
SUBSTANCE: use for X-ray absorption analysis of the substance. Invention comprises irradiating the enveloping medium with penetrating X-ray radiation measuring intensities of attenuated radiation in the background and object regions by recording the absorption curves, according to the form of which the spectral distributions of radiation in the background and object regions are being reconstructed and according to the intensity ratio, the weight fractions of the chemical elements in the analyzed object, leading to the transformation of the spectrum in the object region are being calculated.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of non-invasive determination of the elemental composition of quasihomogeneous inclusions in enveloping environments.
