SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery, herniology. Removable device for tissue gripping consists of a concave plate and a convex pressure plate made with possibility of graduated convergence at both ends by means of screw mechanisms for tissue fixation. End of the concave plate is made in the form of a cylindrical shank, and the base contains a cylindrical seat to accommodate the cylindrical shank of the concave plate, which is made with longitudinal and transverse slots for fixing the shank of the concave plate in the seat by means of a screw retainer. In the pre- and postoperative period, hydroxyethyl dimethyldihydropyrimidine is used in dose of 0.5 g 3 times a day. Posterior muscular-fascial components of the abdominal wall are separated using a tissue grasping device, and the edges of the hernia defect are matched. Hernia defect is repaired with the help of a mesh implant.

EFFECT: group of inventions reduces traumatism of operation, increases efficiency of treatment, allows to close the hernia defect with its own tissues as much as possible and provides prevention of anatomical and functional insufficiency of abdominal wall and abdominal cavity due to combined hardware-pharmacological separation of posterior components of abdominal press.
