SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to evaluate endocardial radiofrequency isolation of pulmonary veins. Measure the tissue deformation of the mouths of the pulmonary veins before and after the radio-frequency exposure. Tissue deformity is determined by VSECC using two-dimensional Speckle-Tracking echocardiography (STEHCG). With a decrease in tissue deformation of the pulmonary veins at 6 % or more, the radiofrequency isolation of the pulmonary veins is considered successful.

EFFECT: method allows to optimize the procedure for performing the operation of radiofrequency ablation of pulmonary veins by determining the tissue deformity of the VEhoKG using two-dimensional Speckle-Tracking echocardiography (STEHCG).
