FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Perform the construction of the amplitude bipolar map of the excretory tract of the right ventricle, pulmonary trunk and both pulmonary arteries (PA). Then radiofrequency damages are applied in three circular areas: 2 mm distal to the orifice of the left pulmonary artery, 2 mm proximal to the pulmonary trunk bifurcation and 2 mm distal to the orifice of the right pulmonary artery. Ablation damage is applied in the form of an open zigzag line along the inner circumference of the vessels, excluding the region proximal to the junction of the myocardium of the right ventricular outflow tract to the pulmonary trunk.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency and safety of catheter denervation of the pulmonary arteries, prevents pulmonary artery stenosis and necrosis.
