FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to spring vibration isolators used to reduce vibrations. Combination spring comprises a cylindrical helical spring on whose turns the support rings are made, consisting of two parts with counter-directed ends, one part of which has turns of rectangular section, and the other part of the spring is made hollow. Counter-directed end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second. Spring contacting parts segment profile gaps are filled with antifriction grease. At the end of the second part of the spring there is a sealing lip to prevent leakage of lubricant, and the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, covers a tube of damping material, for example polyurethane. Gaps in the first part of the helical spring are filled with crumb of friction material made from the composition. Onto the upper and lower support rings the upper and lower vibrating damping plates are fixed, which consist of alternating layers of elastic material, for example sheet spring steel, and layers of a vibration damping material, for example, hard grades of vibration damping materials. Lower vibro damping plate through an elastic gasket made of polyurethane is installed on the washer mesh damper, which contains a base, elastic mesh element and washers interacting with the bushings. Base is composed by the plate with mounting holes. By the lower part the main mesh elastic element rests on the base and is fixed by the lower washer, rigidly connected to the base, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure washer, rigidly connected to the centrally located piston, covered with a clearance coaxially positioned with the sleeve rigidly connected to the base. Between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom the elastic element is located. Elastic element is made of a combination of a mesh frame filled with an elastomer, for example a polyurethane, or a mesh with a mesh structure as in the case of the main elastic mesh element.
EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation efficiency in resonance mode.
