FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Combined spring contains a cylindrical helical spring consisting of two parts with oppositely directed ends. Mounting rings are provided on the inactive coils. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part. Gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at end of second spring part to prevent grease leakage. First part of the spring is covered by a tube of damping material. Gaps in the first part of the spring, which covers the tube of damping material, are filled with friction material crumb. Vibration damping plates are fixed on the upper and lower mounting rings. Lower vibration damping plate through an elastic gasket made of polyurethane is installed on the washer mesh damper. Damper contains a base in the form of a plate with mounting holes. Resilient mesh element is secured by the top and bottom pressure washers. Top pressure washer is connected to a resilient polyurethane gasket. Bottom pressure washer is connected with the base.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
