COMBINED SPRING Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F16F3/10

Abstract RU 2650333 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Spring is made helical and consists of two parts with opposite ends. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part. Gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at end of second spring part to prevent grease leakage. First part of helical spring is enclosed by tube from damping material. Gaps in first part of helical spring, which is enclosed by tube from damping material, are filled with friction material crumb. Mounting rings are provided on the inactive coils. Vibration dampening plates, consisting of alternating layers of elastic and vibration dampening materials, are fixed on support rings.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
