FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to embodiments of a deflecting member for a vehicle with a buffer attached to the spar through the crash box. Deflecting member includes a contacting portion extending transversely outwardly and forwardly from the spar. Contacting portion is fixed through the connecting portion in the front area of the spar beyond the crash-box. Support construction section in a collision extends with a small overlap from the contacting section to the load region on the spar, which is spaced from its front area. Deflecting member has a front elbow connected to the rear elbow with an intermediate elbow. Front elbow is attached to the spar, and the rear elbow is not attached to it, but provides a transverse load transfer to the side of the spar in a collision test with a non-deformable obstacle with a small overlap.
EFFECT: ensuring the simplicity and cost-saving of the device with increasing safety due to the reduction in the penetration of elements into the passenger compartment.
