SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a vehicle, its frame and a small overlap rigid barrier impact load management system. Vehicle includes a small overlap rigid barrier impact load management system, including front blocker structures for limiting transfer of the transfer of impact loads to the passenger compartment area. Impact load transfer apparatus in the form of a cable extends between the front end horns of the side rails of the frame to transfer small overlap rigid barrier impact loads from the impacted side across the vehicle frame. In the load transfer apparatus, ends of the cables can be coupled to the front sides of the front blocker structures and the cable is routed through the front end horns of the side rails of the frame to transfer impact loads from the impacted side across the vehicle frame.
