FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Vibration isolator contains a base, cover and resilient elements arranged between them with a damper. Dry friction damper consists of the lower bush, connected with a base, and coaxial with it upper barrel, connected with the cover. Around the damper are cylindrical helical springs, connected by means of pins with a lid and a base. Each of the springs covers an elastic-damping mesh element made of a combination of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. Spring coils are covered with polyurethane. Density of the mesh structure of the external layers of the meshy element is by 1.5 times exceeds density of its internal layers. Dry friction damper contains a combined cylindrical helical spring installed inside it. Cavity of the damper is filled with an resiliently damping mesh element. Spring consists of two parts with oppositely directed ends. Mounting coils of the spring are provided with mounting rings, to which the top and bottom vibrating damping plates are attached. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part.
EFFECT: between the top and bottom mounting rings is fixed torsion damper in the form of a rod made of polyurethane.
